About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Integrated Designer to join our creative team in Dublin, supporting a leading consumer brand. This is an exciting opportunity to create impactful, integrated campaigns across digital and print channels, delivering creative work that drives engagement and business results. As a senior member of the team, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality design across multiple touchpoints, and ensuring brand consistency throughout.
What You'll Do
Lead projects from concept through to final delivery.
Create engaging design solutions across digital, social, CRM, print, and marketing communications.
Develop creative concepts that align with brand and marketing objectives.
Present and articulate design thinking to stakeholders.
Ensure all work meets brand standards and quality expectations.
Mentor and support junior designers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in a Senior Designer or Senior Integrated Designer role.
Strong portfolio demonstrating integrated campaign work across digital and print.
Excellent typography, layout, and visual communication skills.
Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Experience managing projects from brief to completion.
Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
Previous mentoring or team leadership experience.
Motion design and After Effects experience is a plus.
Experience working in a fast-paced agency or in-house creative environment.
