At HSBC, our Cyber Resilience, Strategy & Execution function is looking for a transformational leader to shape the next chapter of Cybersecurity service delivery—making it simpler, smarter and more seamless for colleagues around the world.
This is more than a service leadership role- it’s an opportunity to reimagine how our colleagues experience Cybersecurity by turning ambitious ideas into tangible change.
In This Role, You’ll
Reimagine internal customer journeys and create intuitive service experiences
Own Cybersecurity’s service architecture, catalogue and ServiceNow portal
Champion continuous improvement, service quality and intelligent automation
Accelerate the journey from manual processes to straight-through processing
Partner across Cybersecurity, GCIO, engineering teams, business lines and regions
Lead and inspire a global team of up to 47 Service Owners, Engineers and Developers
Influence enterprise-wide transformation across a complex, diverse and highly collaborative environment
We’re looking for a senior technology and service leader who brings experience across:
Service design and architecture
Service management and continuous improvement
Automation and engineering-led transformation
Cybersecurity or technology delivery
Enterprise-scale change and complex run-and-change portfolios
Senior stakeholder engagement and matrix leadership
