AI & Product Innovation
Define AI-driven capabilities for break classification, root-cause analysis, anomaly detection, intelligent matching, evidence gathering, resolution recommendations and automated exception resolution.
Help evolve reconciliation from reactive exception handling toward predictive and increasingly autonomous operations.
Incorporate appropriate human-in-the-loop controls, explainability, traceability and responsible-AI principles.
to lead domain-led transformation initiatives by overseeing delivery governance, reviewing forecasting models, and supervising teams, while ensuring business outcomes through revenue growth and opportunity identification.

Product Definition & UX
Translate business problems into personas, user journeys, product requirements, epics, features, acceptance criteria and measurable outcomes.
Partner with UX and engineering teams to create intuitive experiences for operations analysts, supervisors, control functions and administrators.
Design experiences that move operations teams toward exception-based management, reducing manual investigation and repetitive reconciliation activity.
Enterprise Platform & Ecosystem
Define integration requirements across OMS/EMS, trading platforms, brokers, custodians, clearing infrastructure, accounting systems, data providers and internal books-and-records platforms.
Shape enterprise capabilities around APIs, data security, entitlements, audit trails, lineage, configurable controls, scalability, resilience and multi-asset/multi-currency processing.
Ensure the product can support diverse asset classes, operating models and geographic/regulatory requirements
͏
7–10 years of experience across product management/product ownership and/or capital-markets operations or technology related to reconciliation
Strong understanding of capital markets trade and post-trade lifecycle, reconciliation, settlement and exception management.
