As we expand, we are looking for an HR Recruiter who will play a critical role in building and scaling our team while strengthening our people processes.
Role OverviewThis is a high-impact, hands-on role that combines end-to-end recruitment. You will work closely with founders and functional leaders to attract top talent, streamline hiring processes, and support a strong employee experience.
Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Hiring
Own the complete recruitment lifecycle across tech, sales, marketing, and support roles
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and local networks
Conduct initial screening and shortlist candidates based on role fit
Coordinate interviews and manage end-to-end candidate communication
Partner with founders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs
Build and strengthen Zylu’s employer brand and hiring culture
Maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles
Track and report key hiring metrics (TAT, conversion rates, source effectiveness)
2. People Operations & HR Administration
Manage onboarding and documentation for new hires
Ensure a smooth joining experience and employee integration
Support employee engagement and retention initiatives
Candidate ProfileMust-Have
3+ years of experience in recruitment and HR operations, preferably in startups or SMBs
Experience hiring for tech, sales, or support roles
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles simultaneously
Comfortable working closely with founders and cross-functional teams
Fluent in English and Hindi
Good to Have
Experience in SaaS or product-based companies
Exposure to ATS tools and hiring analytics
Understanding of startup hiring dynamics and fast-paced environments
