You'll combine strategic ownership with hands-on execution, working closely with our leaders and hiring managers to attract exceptional talent, strengthen our employer brand, and create an environment where people can thrive and grow.

Where you’ll make a difference
Own and drive Rewire's recruitment and people strategy across Germany and the Netherlands, balancing long-term initiatives with hands-on execution
Partner closely with leaders and hiring managers to define hiring priorities, workforce plans, and talent strategies that support sustainable growth
Lead hiring processes from strategy to successful hire, ensuring outstanding hiring outcomes and candidate experiences
Drive recruitment excellence through scalable processes, interview frameworks, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement
Strengthen Rewire's employer brand and talent network through strategic partnerships, events, social media, and community-building initiatives
Shape the employee experience by continuously improving onboarding, development and knowledge-sharing
