HR Network Outreach

Role Description
This is a part-time unpaid volunteer role requiring approximately 6 hours per week. eMigr8 is at pre-seed stage and eMigr8 Business is our enterprise arm, focused on helping companies hire, sponsor, and settle international talent. The HR Network Outreach role is about building relationships with HR professionals and communities who need what eMigr8 Business offers. You will help us get in front of the right people.
Responsibilities
- Identify relevant HR associations, LinkedIn groups, Slack communities, and professional networks where our target audience gathers
- Initiate first contact with HR professionals on behalf of eMigr8 Business, using agreed messaging frameworks
- Research upcoming HR events, webinars, and conferences where eMigr8 Business could have a presence
- Track outreach conversations and log progress in the shared pipeline tracker
- Help draft and refine connection messages and follow-up templates
- Share observations about what messaging is landing well and what needs adjustment
Qualifications
- Background in HR, people operations, recruitment, or a related field
- Active LinkedIn presence and confidence reaching out to new contacts
- Good written communication with a clear, professional tone
- Organised approach to tracking conversations and follow-up actions
- Genuine interest in how companies manage international hiring and global mobility
