The opportunity
Build the platform that helps the teams deliver faster, more reliable customer outcomes.
As Product Manager for the Platform team, you’ll own products that power lending. Your users will be the teams executing customer journeys every day, and your work will directly influence their productivity, service quality, and cost to serve.
You’ll spend time understanding how work happens on the ground, uncover bottlenecks, and turn complex workflows into simple, dependable tools. This role is for someone who enjoys solving problems where software meets real-world execution.
What you’ll own
Business workflows: Simplify processes across task allocation, fulfilment, approvals, exception handling, and servicing.
User discovery: Shadow frontline and operations teams to understand workarounds, recurring failures, and opportunities for improvement.
Automation and efficiency: Reduce repetitive work, manual handoffs, and avoidable errors through better product design and automation.
Visibility and control: Build actionable queues, dashboards, and alerts that help teams prioritize work and resolve issues.
Product strategy and delivery: Own your roadmap, make clear trade-offs, and partner with engineering, design, business, risk, and compliance from discovery through rollout.
Adoption and outcomes: Ensure products work in practice, measure adoption, and iterate based on results.

Faster turnaround times, fewer errors and escalations, higher team productivity, stronger platform adoption, and a lower cost to serve—while maintaining service quality and appropriate controls.
What you’ll bring
3–5 years of product management experience, with ownership of products from problem discovery to measurable outcomes.
The ability to break down complex processes and design for both everyday workflows and exceptions.
Strong analytical skills; comfort using data to identify bottlenecks and evaluate impact.
Empathy for operational users and a willingness to learn directly from teams on the ground.
Clear communication, sound prioritization, and effective collaboration with engineering and business teams.
Experience with customer platforms, internal tools, logistics, fintech, or workflow-heavy products is valuable. SQL proficiency is a plus.
