Creativity and boldness are welcome at every level. We do not want order-takers, we want builders. The best idea wins, no matter who it comes from. Here, personal ambition and team spirit do not compete, they feed each other. If you want to stretch yourself, make a real impact, and win as a team, you are in the right place.

Partner with managers on day-to day coaching and people matters, whether they are based in Kraków or lead direct reports there from one of our other offices.
Aligned on our global approach, own the full performance cycle locally, including the annual salary and bonus review process.
Work closely with our Talent Acquisition Specialist and ensure an onboarding experience people remember.
Keep local HR practices fully compliant with Polish labour law and internal policy.
Let data inform and reinforce your instincts, helping you identify what is working, what is not, and where to focus next.
The profile we are looking for
Solid experience (5 to 7 years) as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist, ideally in technology or another fast moving and growing industry.
Real comfort operating with autonomy, strong leadership instincts, and a proactive mindset.

Professional fluency in English and Polish.
A genuine curiosity about HR trends and best practices, locally and globally.
An appetite for organizations spanning multiple countries, with a genuine openness to multiculturality.
