Für den Standort Münster suchen wir Dich als Laborleitung (m/w/d) für die Pharmazeutische Chemie.
Das bewegst Du bei uns
Leitung, Organisation und Erfolgskontrolle der Laboreinheit „Fertigarzneimittel/Cannabis“
Verantwortung für die korrekte und pünktliche Abwicklung der Untersuchungsaufträge entsprechend geltender Vorschriften
Optimierung der Laborprozesse im Hinblick auf Qualität, Effizienz und Wirtschaftlichkeit
Plausibilitätskontrolle und fachliche Beurteilung von Untersuchungsdaten und Analyseergebnissen
Erstellung von Analysenzertifikaten, Befunden und Berichten
Betreuung und fachkundige Beratung von Kunden sowie Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung bei der Investitionsplanung
Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung sowie Auswahl, Entwicklung und Förderung des Laborpersonals
Umsetzung qualitätsrelevanter Maßnahmen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Qualitätsmanagement sowie Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Standardarbeitsanweisungen
Das bringst Du mit
abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches Studium, z.B. Chemie oder Pharmazie, beziehungsweise vergleichbare Qualifikation durch langjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung
umfassende Fachkenntnisse in der chemisch-physikalischen Analytik erforderlich
ausgeprägter technischer Sachverstand
hohe Kundenorientierung sowie ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeit
Hohe Sozialkompetenz, Empathie und Führungskompetenz
Deutschkenntnisse mind. C1-Niveau (Wort und Schrift)
Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
