Job Description
Apply strong Record-to-Report (R2R) accounting knowledge, with expertise in closing and reporting processes.
Review and post month-end journal entries, ensuring accuracy and accounting compliance.
Manage and oversee all Month-End Close (MEC) activities, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
Prepare and review balance sheet account reconciliations, ensuring timely resolution of reconciling items.
Ensure adherence to KPIs, SLAs, and internal controls, while reviewing timely execution of key control activities.
Drive internal and external audit deliverables, ensuring timely submission of required documentation and evidence.
Perform and oversee month-end closing activities, including variance analysis and financial reviews.
Manage the quarterly intercompany accounting process, including reconciliation and settlement of balances.
Build and maintain strong customer/stakeholder relationships, driving confidence and improving customer satisfaction.
Lead process review and update meetings with customers and stakeholders as required.
Identify process inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives to enhance productivity, accuracy, and control effectiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance, operational excellence, and successful delivery of finance objectives.
