About The Department
Fiduciary Trust’s technology team drives digital transformation across the organization. The team designs and delivers scalable solutions spanning user experience, data, analytics, middle-tier services, and Artificial Intelligence. Working in a collaborative matrix environment, business and technology professionals’ partner to create innovative capabilities that improve client experiences, increase operational efficiency, and support strategic growth. How You Will Add Value?
Core Responsibilities
You will design and customize Dynamics 365 solutions for financial services.
You will build plugins, workflows, integrations, and Power Automate solutions.
You will develop client onboarding and Know Your Customer workflows.
You will enhance relationship management and advisory capabilities.
You will build case management and service request solutions.
You will integrate Dynamics 365 with external platforms.
You will develop financial product tracking capabilities.
Strategic Responsibilities
You will develop services using C#, .NET, Azure, and Web APIs.
You will collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and architecture.
You will ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory standards.
You will review code and improve application performance.
You will support DevOps, deployment, and release activities.
You will resolve production issues and improve platform reliability.
What Will Help You Be Successful in This Role?
Experience, Education & Certifications
8-10 years of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement development experience.
Financial services or wealth management domain expertise.
Experience with client lifecycle and compliance processes.
Knowledge of Know Your Customer and Anti-Money Laundering workflows.
Experience with Agile or Scrum delivery methodologies.
Relevant Microsoft certifications preferred.
Technical Skills
C#, .NET, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
Dynamics 365 SDK, plugins, custom workflows, and Web APIs.
Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and Azure DevOps.
CRM architecture, data models, and governance.
REST and SOAP integration development.
Experience with AI-enabled development tools.
Soft Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to convert business needs into scalable solutions.
Strong collaboration across business and technology teams.
