Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Team Leader to oversee the upkeep and maintenance operations of our prestigious mansion property in Udaipur, India. In this role, you will lead a dedicated team of maintenance professionals, ensuring the property is maintained to the highest standards while managing day-to-day operations efficiently and effectively.
Supervise and coordinate a team of maintenance staff, providing clear direction, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities
Plan, schedule, and oversee all routine and preventive maintenance activities across the mansion property
Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and areas requiring immediate attention
Manage maintenance budgets, track expenses, and optimize resource allocation to ensure cost-effective operations
Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance services and repairs
Develop and implement maintenance schedules and standard operating procedures to ensure consistent quality and efficiency
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment servicing
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, health standards, and property management protocols
Address maintenance emergencies promptly and implement corrective actions as needed
Communicate effectively with property management and stakeholders regarding maintenance status and operational updates
Train team members on proper maintenance techniques, equipment usage, and safety procedures
Qualifications
Proven experience (minimum 3-5 years) in facilities management, property maintenance, or building operations
Demonstrated leadership experience managing and supervising maintenance teams
Strong knowledge of building systems, equipment maintenance, and general upkeep procedures
Proficiency in maintenance planning, scheduling, and resource management
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
Proficiency in maintenance management software and basic computer applications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of safety protocols and compliance requirements in facilities management
Ability to work independently and take initiative in a dynamic environment
Physical capability to perform site inspections and hands-on maintenance work when necessary
Preferred: Experience with heritage or luxury property maintenance
Preferred: Budget management and vendor coordination experience
