About the Role
Accenture is seeking experienced SAP Signavio professionals to join our SAP Business Transformation practice. This role is suitable for SAP professionals with expertise in business process transformation, process mining, process governance, operational excellence, and enterprise transformation initiatives.
You will work closely with business stakeholders, process owners, transformation leaders, and SAP delivery teams to drive process-led transformation using SAP Signavio solutions. The role combines business consulting, process improvement, digital transformation, and technology enablement to help organizations optimize operations, enhance business performance, and maximize value realization from enterprise transformation programs.
Key Responsibilities
Lead or support SAP Signavio implementation, process transformation, and business process management initiatives across various industries.
Facilitate process discovery, process assessment, and process maturity evaluations to identify operational inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
Conduct current-state and future-state business process design workshops with stakeholders across business and technology functions.
Utilize SAP Signavio Process Manager, Process Intelligence, Process Governance, Journey Modeler, and Collaboration Hub to drive process excellence initiatives.
Support process mining activities by analyzing process execution data, identifying bottlenecks, compliance issues, process variations, and automation opportunities.
Develop enterprise process architectures, process frameworks, governance models, and process documentation standards.
Collaborate with SAP functional teams, enterprise architects, business transformation teams, and client stakeholders to align process improvements with technology transformation initiatives.
Define and track process performance metrics, KPIs, and value realization outcomes across transformation programs.
Support SAP S/4HANA business transformation programs through Fit-to-Standard assessments, process harmonization, process redesign, and business process governance.
Drive organizational adoption of process management methodologies, standards, and best practices.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Management, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
3–10+ years of experience in Business Process Management (BPM), Process Improvement, Operational Excellence, Business Transformation, SAP Consulting, or Management Consulting.
Experience in business process analysis, process mapping, process design, and process governance initiatives.
Hands-on experience with SAP Signavio solutions or equivalent process management and process mining platforms.
Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes across one or more domains including:
Finance and Accounting
Procurement and Supply Chain
Manufacturing and Operations
Human Resources
Customer Service
Sales and Distribution
Experience facilitating workshops, stakeholder interviews, process walkthroughs, and business transformation discussions.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Professional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Willingness to be fully assigned on client's site
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with SAP Signavio Process Intelligence, Process Manager, Process Governance, Collaboration Hub, or Journey Modeler.
Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA transformation, ERP modernization, shared services transformation, or operating model redesign initiatives.
Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Business Process Reengineering (BPR), Design Thinking, Operational Excellence, or Continuous Improvement methodologies.
Experience with process mining solutions such as SAP Signavio Process Intelligence, Celonis, UiPath Process Mining, or similar platforms.
Understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks, operating model design, and process governance structures.
Experience driving business process standardization, harmonization, and automation initiatives.
SAP Signavio, SAP S/4HANA, Lean Six Sigma, BPM, or related certifications are highly desirable.
Prior experience in consulting, transformation programs, or cross-functional enterprise initiatives.
