Sales Gallery Manager / Reception

We are looking for a Sales Gallery Manager to welcome clients at our showroom in Tashkent. You will be the first person visitors meet, so you will play a key role in their first impression of our projects and in passing them on to the sales team.
Key responsibilities:
Welcome visitors to the sales gallery and look after their comfort
Give clients a first introduction to our real estate projects
Book property viewings and meetings with sales managers
Enter client contacts and enquiry details into the CRM
Answer incoming calls and messages
Keep the showroom organised, presentation materials up to date and the space ready for clients
Support the sales team with administrative tasks and client events
Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in a premium showroom, luxury retail, hotel reception or a similar client-facing role
A professional manner in line with a premium environment
Excellent attention to detail
Basic experience with a CRM or other client databases
Friendly and confident communication skills
Fluent Russian and fluent Uzbek
