Job Summary
BigPanda Administrator to manage and optimize our AIOps and event correlation platform. You will onboard monitoring sources tune correlation patterns and automate incident workflows to reduce alert noise and speed up resolution. Working closely with NOC SRE and ITSM teams you will ensure reliable integrations with tools such as Datadog ServiceNow and PagerDuty while maintaining governance access control and platform health.
Responsibilities
Roles and Responsibilities
Administer the BigPanda platform including users roles teams and SSO and SAML access.
Onboard and maintain integrations with monitoring tools such as Datadog Splunk Nagios SolarWinds and Prometheus using APIs and webhooks.
Configure and tune correlation patterns enrichment and normalization rules to reduce alert noise.
Build and manage tag mappings maintenance plans and suppression rules.
Configure Unified Analytics dashboards and reports on MTTA MTTR and noise reduction.
Integrate with ServiceNow Jira PagerDuty Slack and Teams for two way ticketing and notifications.
Develop and maintain automation workflows and runbook triggers for incident routing and escalation.
Maintain CMDB and topology enrichment to improve alert context and ownership mapping.
Monitor platform health troubleshoot integration failures and manage upgrades and changes.
Provide L2 and L3 support document runbooks and standards and train NOC and operations teams.
Typical Qualifications
5 or more years in monitoring or ITOM hands on BigPanda experience REST API and scripting skills in Python and JSON and familiarity with ServiceNow and ITIL.
Certifications Required
SRE / Observability certifications
