What will you do as a Maintenance Engineer?
You will ensure reliable and efficient production processes. You will start the day with a short team meeting to discuss technical issues and coordinate the activities of technicians and contractors, prioritizing work orders where needed.
You will focus on maintenance plans and strategic projects aimed at improving equipment efficiency.
Your responsibilities
Develop, implement, and optimize maintenance plans based on your own analyses and feedback from technicians to prevent equipment failures.
Perform and facilitate risk assessments and root cause analyses, and implement corrective actions to improve preventive maintenance and reduce corrective maintenance.
Coordinate corrective maintenance, including quality control and project prioritization, and ensure the PDCA cycle is completed.
Manage contracts with external parties and ensure compliance with procedures.

Your profile:
HBO-level education or equivalent, preferably in Electrical Engineering, combined with up-to-date knowledge of Dutch legislation, regulations, and electrical standards.
Project management skills, with certifications in Lean Six Sigma, RCM, or TPM.
Professional experience in Electrical Engineering within an industrial or pharmaceutical environment.
Strong focus on equipment availability and risk management.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:
€38,300.00 - €61,410.00
