Full Stack Developer

Summary: This role focuses on creating customer-oriented frontend solutions that enhance user experience through collaborative problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
Build and ship frontend features in TypeScript and React.
Work directly with customers to understand workflows, friction, and requirements.
Turn rough requirements into clean, usable interfaces.
Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams.
Improve interaction design, usability, and visual polish.
Prototype quickly and iterate based on customer feedback.
Own frontend work from idea through to production.
Must Haves:
Strong TypeScript experience.
React development experience.
Excellent frontend fundamentals.
Experience with any backend technology.
Strong eye for design, layout, and interaction.
Good product judgment and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills for direct customer interaction.
Nice to Haves:
Familiarity with other design or frontend frameworks.
Experience in user experience (UX) research.
