What you will be doing
From the start, you will contribute to real client work while developing your technical and professional skills. You will:
Handle and analyze data and information responsibly.
Follow risk management and compliance procedures.
Keep up to date with developments in areas of specialism and keep upskilling yourself.
Identify and make suggestions for improvements when problems and/or opportunities arise.
Communicate confidently in a clear, concise, and articulate manner - verbally and in the materials I produce.
Seek opportunities to learn about how PwC works as a global network of firms.
Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.
Receive and give feedback in a constructive manner.
Share and collaborate effectively with others.
What you will bring along
You will be a strong match if you have:
Bachelor/master's degree, preferably in finance, accounting, economics, math, statistics or minor in econometrics;
1-2 years of similar experience;
Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills;
Demonstrate ability to build meaningful relationships.
Analytical thinking and business acumen;
Advanced computer literacy, advanced command of MS 365 package, especially Word, Excel, Copilot;
Advanced command of English language and grammatical skills in Albanian language;
