Review network reliability and restoration strategies.
Govern major incident response for optical services.
Drive capacity planning and technology roadmap execution.
Partner with NOC, Engineering, and Field Operations teams.
Lead operational excellence and automation initiatives.
Manage team performance and stakeholder engagement.
Mandatory Technical Skills
