Recruitment Consultant – Staffing Agency (Remote, India)

R3 Consultant is a Pune-based staffing and recruitment firm working with 15+ clients across IT, BFSI, healthcare, manufacturing and services. We are adding experienced agency recruiters who want to work fully remote, own their numbers, and grow their earnings with performance.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Work 2–3 active client requirements at a time (IT and non-IT, junior to senior)
• Source your own candidates – Naukri Resdex, LinkedIn, Boolean/X-ray, referrals
• Screen candidates properly before submission – skills, CTC, notice, intent
• Manage the candidate from first call to joining, including offer and dropout risk
• Share a short end-of-day report: calls, submissions, interviews, closures
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• 2+ years at a recruitment agency / consultancy (not only in-house HR)
• A track record you can show: at least 1–2 closures per month in your last role
• Comfortable writing your own Boolean strings – you will do a short live search in the first call
• Prior remote work experience is a plus
• Candidates from tier-2 and tier-3 cities are welcome
PAY – STATED UPFRONT
• Fixed: ₹[20,000–30,000] per month, based on experience and track record
• Incentive: ₹1,500–10,000 per closure, based on the candidate's CTC
• Example: 3 closures a month at an average incentive of ₹5,000 adds ₹15,000 to your fixed pay
• Fixed pay is reviewed every 6 months – up to 20% raise when you meet your revenue target
• Incentive is paid [timing – e.g., 50% on joining, 50% after the candidate completes 90 days]
WORKING TERMS
• Fully remote – own laptop and reliable internet (with backup) required
• Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM; 1st and 3rd Saturdays off
• Activity-monitoring app runs during working hours
• 30-day notice period on both sides
