Direct and execute video productions in the field, from single-camera interviews to multi-camera, multi-crew, multi-day shoots across university locations. Own the on-set creative and technical outcome of every production: directing subjects and crew, solving problems in real time, and making sure what gets captured is usable, high-quality, and true to the story. Build, lead, and evaluate the freelance crew roster (camera operators, sound recordists, gaffers, grips, PAs) and serve as the department's point person for on-set staffing decisions.
