Your role
Responsible Data Governance design input and implementation and ongoing application across salesforce, with reference to entity data, the design and management of non-D&B derived entity records (examples SPVs, billing entities, non-standard hierarchy linkage) and application and ongoing maintenance of sector and geographic reference data
Act as the data governance SALESFORCE subject matter expert in the design and implementation of future SALESFORCE enhancements as identified by data cleaning and alignment, application of AI related downstream processes, system integrations and new SALESFORCE releases
Act as the core first level liaison form a Data Governance perspective with Dunn and Bradstreet for data quality resolution, future development of D&B data use and linkage of D&B data to entity data from LSEG from a governance perspective
Act as the core first level liaison from a Data Governance perspective with LSEG with reference to alignment understanding for entity and reference data with other entity data sets and structures
Direct cleaning and maintenance of CDE data fields as required within live systems against agreed Data Governance standards for individual or urgent specific cases – that do not require bulk upload or replicate the work of the data operations teams for large scale updates. This role would NOT be a contact data owner or administrator function
Act as the SME for salesforce data governance and system development input into wider SALESFORCE and related system development – including but not limited to the alignment of the current use of the CUP and GUP functionality and data with any improvements (such as SPV entity design and direct linkage of LSEG shareholder data to D&B entities to reflect investment holding of clients and client prospects, billing entity design)
Supervise FTE resources and where necessary actively support salesforce entity data cleaning and the related cleaning of entity data in any other relevant systems not currently directly linked to SALESFORCE and / or D&B data sourced data to ensure alignment
Directly undertake any smaller, ongoing entity related cleaning within Salesforce and other systems as needed
