Summary
As an Assembler I, you will bring precision products to life by assembling components and sub-assemblies according to established specifications. Working alongside a collaborative production team, you will use technical instructions and hands-on skills to help deliver safe, high-quality products on time. This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys building, learning, and seeing the direct results of their work.
Primary Responsibilities
Assemble components and sub-assemblies by following work instructions, drawings, schematics, and established procedures.
Use common hand tools safely and correctly to complete assigned production work.
Inspect parts and completed assemblies for defects, damage, and adherence to quality standards, and communicate concerns promptly.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while supporting team production and delivery goals.
Required Experience, Education, Skills, Training and Competencies
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior manufacturing or assembly experience is not required.
Willingness and ability to learn how to read work instructions, drawings, specifications, and schematics; position-specific training will be provided.
Basic ability to use or learn to use common hand tools, with consistent attention to detail, quality, and safety.
Action-oriented and collaborative, with clear communication skills, a dependable approach, and a willingness to ask questions and learn as part of a team.
Physical Requirements
Regularly lift and move up to 10 pounds.
Frequently lift and move up to 25 pounds.
Occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Compensation and Benefits
The starting base pay for this role is $20.00 per hour, depending on the geographic market.
