Key Responsibilities:
Participate actively in code reviews, sprint planning, and architectural discussions.
Ensure software applications adhere to strict performance and security standards.
Develop and execute comprehensive automated and manual testing protocols.
Identify, troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues.
Design, write, and deploy clean, scalable, and well-documented code.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Highly organized methodology with a strong ability to prioritize effectively.
Solid understanding of version control systems, primarily Git.
High-level proficiency with remote collaboration platforms (Slack, Zoom, Teams).
Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
Exceptional written, verbal, and asynchronous communication capabilities.
