Job Title: Housekeeper
Reports To: Maintenance Manager
Location: Botanic Apartments
THE OPPORTUNITY
The Housekeeper maintains the cleanliness and presentation of common areas and amenities while ensuring apartment homes are move-in ready. This role is responsible for detailed cleaning, sanitization, and upkeep to meet company standards. Working closely with the maintenance and leasing teams, the Housekeeper helps create a welcoming environment for residents and guests.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Clean vacant units to ensure a fresh and welcoming environment for new residents.
Perform routine cleaning of clubhouses, offices, fitness centers, and other shared amenities.
Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and curb appeal of the property, including grounds, parking lots, breezeways and common areas.
