Proven experience in commissioning, electrical service, or field activities within wind or comparable industrial environments, including electrical testing and fault diagnosis.
Ability to lead technical teams, interpret electrical drawings and schematics, and apply protection systems, commissioning procedures, and electrical safety rules.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
What will make you stand out
Experience leading offshore electrical commissioning teams in wind, oil and gas, or marine HV environments, including HV switching up to 72 kV and working within MV/HV authorization frameworks.
Strong technical judgment, safety awareness, and ability to lead and develop technicians while coordinating effectively with engineering and technical support teams.
Commitment to procedural compliance and continuous improvement, with additional certifications in HV safety, electrical authorization, or electrical technician qualifications.
Where and how you'll work
This is a permanent position based in Spain, supporting the Dogger Bank Offshore Wind Farm in the North Sea, UK.
