Support implementation of customer contract terms by coordinating with internal departments to ensure contractual obligations are understood and executed properly.
Process Ownership & Continuous Improvement:
Develop and implement processes that improve contract quality, compliance, accuracy, and cycle time.
Maintain accurate contract documentation, repositories, and reporting processes.
Train and mentor internal stakeholders on contract requirements, risk identification, compliance obligations, reporting procedures, and best practices.
