Job Tpe :Full time position.
Role
· You design the business logic of
enterprise agents. You work with the AI engineers and the client. You change
business processes into clear specifications for agents.
· 10+ years; 2+ years of relevant
experience in Copilot Studio and building AI agents.
Responsibilities
Lead
discovery sessions with business and IT teams.
Divide
each business process into tasks for agents.
Write
the functional design for each agent.
Define
the business rules, exceptions and approval steps.
Define
which system holds each data item: Salesforce or D365.
Define
the access rights for each agent action.
Write
acceptance criteria and test cases with the engineers.
Approve
the agent behavior against the test cases.
Show
the solution to client stakeholders.
Help
junior consultants write specifications.
Required
10+
years in enterprise business applications.
Strong
functional knowledge of Salesforce.
Strong
functional knowledge of Dynamics 365 FnO.
Experience
with processes that cross CRM and ERP.
Experience
with fit-gap analysis, functional designs and UAT.
Experience
as lead on client projects.
Clear
written and spoken English.
Experience
with Copilot Studio agents.
Knowledge
of Azure and Power Platform.
Knowledge
of Entra ID and role-based access.
Experience
with MCP or connector integrations.
Experience
with tests for agents.
