Sr. DevOps Engineer

Project Overview
The DLA Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) Development and Sustainment program supports modernization, enhancement, and sustainment of a mission-critical defense procurement and payment platform comprising approximately 34 applications.
The program focuses on enterprise software modernization, legacy-code refactoring, Agile/DevSecOps delivery, AWS GovCloud operations, CI/CD automation, cybersecurity, AI/ML integration, automated testing, and improved system performance and user experience.
Responsibilities
Drives strategy, oversees architecture of continuous integration and deployment, and monitors across technologies.
Defines Scrum Agile methodology for large scale clients.
Serves as the engineer of complex technology implementations in a product-centric environment.
Uses scripting or basic programming skills to solve problems.
Minimum Requirements:
Note: Candidates who do not have the mandatory skills will not be considered
Must have Active Secret Clearance
Minimum 10 years of experience.
Experience defining Scrum Agile methodologies for large scale
Experience in leading DevOps methodologies, implementing Test Driven Development (TDD) Methodologies, and driving automated software development lifecycle
Experience with deployments in both premise and cloud environments
Experience as an engineer of complex technology implementations in a product-centric environment
Experience with DevOps services using infrastructure as a service provider (e.g., Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Compute Engine, RackSpace / OpenStack)
Experience with configuration management tools (e.g., TFS, Puppet, Chef, Ansible, Salt, LVM)
Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., LXC, Docker, Rocket, OpenShift)
Experience with CI/CD, IaC, automated testing, SAST/DAST, Java/full-stack and SAFe
Bachelor or Master degree is required.
CSP Certifications (e.g., AWS DevOps Engineer, Azure SA, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure).
