Fix Auto Gig Harbor is hiring a Customer Service Representative to be the warm, in-person face of our shop. Customers usually walk in on a rough day, and you’ll be the one who turns it around, guiding them from drop-off to pickup with that natural “I’ve got you” energy. There’s no hard selling and no pushing add-ons. Our centralized team handles much of the paperwork and routine calls, so you can focus on the people in front of you.

Short Fridays, no weekends. Monday through Thursday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Friday 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Steady hourly pay. $21–$24 an hour, based on experience.

What you’ll do
Greet customers and make them feel welcome
Guide them through the repair in person, from drop-off to pickup
Handle vehicle check-ins and walkarounds
Turn stressed customers into happy ones
Earn reviews and referrals by giving great service
Work with our centralized team, estimators and production team to keep customers informed
What we’re looking for
A friendly, upbeat, people-first personality
Sales, retail, hospitality or service experience is a great fit. No collision experience needed.
Calm and reassuring with stressed customers
Basic computer skills
Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
