Operations Associate

NeoWork is hiring Operations Associates to keep day-to-day processes running smoothly for U.S. companies. You will handle back-office tasks, maintain systems and data, and help teams run more efficiently.
NeoWork is a global staffing and operations partner that builds dedicated remote teams for fast-growing U.S. companies. Our teammates work directly inside our clients' teams and tools, while NeoWork takes care of recruiting, HR, benefits, and ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities
• Execute daily operational workflows and back-office tasks
• Maintain accurate data in CRMs, spreadsheets, and internal systems
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues
• Document processes and keep SOPs up to date
• Prepare basic reports and track operational metrics
• Support special projects as the business grows
Requirements
• 1+ year of experience in operations, administration, or a similar role
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
• Good written and spoken English
• Comfortable learning new tools quickly
• Availability to work U.S. business hours
• Based in Colombia, with a reliable home office setup and stable internet connection
Nice to Have
• Experience with CRM tools or automation tools such as Zapier
• Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment
• Fluency in Spanish
