Position Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Technology Business Partner who combines strong technical acumen with deep solution architecture expertise to act as the critical glue between business and technology teams
This role ensures that the right technical talent is engaged at the right time and that technology solutions are designed developed and delivered to effectively meet evolving business needs across the full product lifecycle
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership AI Solution Delivery
Serve as a trusted advisor and liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams fostering alignment on strategic objectives AI adoption and technical execution
Identify evaluate and prioritize AI and datadriven use cases that deliver measurable business value across customer experience operations risk and decision intelligence
Translate complex business challenges into clear feasible AIenabled and traditional technology solutions by leading endtoend solution and AI architecture efforts
Design solution architectures that incorporate AIML Generative AI automation analytics and cloud platforms where appropriate while ensuring scalability security performance and compliance with enterprise architecture standards
Drive endtoend solution delivery by coordinating crossfunctional teamsincluding product engineering data AI design and operationsfrom ideation through deployment and postproduction support
Work closely with BCS Local Regional and Enterprise Technology teams to ensure consistent architectural standards responsible AI practices and reuse of shared platforms and capabilities
AI Architecture Use Case Enablement
Act as a handson AI Architect capable of shaping solution approaches that leverage AI technologies such as machine learning GenAI NLP decision engines and automation platforms
Assess business processes and workflows to determine where AI adds value versus traditional approaches ensuring pragmatic and outcomedriven solutions
Define AI solution patterns reference architectures and implementation approaches aligned with enterprise and regulatory guidelines
Partner with data AI and platform teams to ensure availability of required data models tooling and governance mechanisms
Support business stakeholders in understanding AI capabilities limitations risks and ethical considerations to enable informed decisionmaking
Technical Talent Engagement Collaboration
Identify and engage the right technical expertsincluding AI architects data scientists engineers and platform specialistsat the appropriate stages of solution design and delivery
Enable strong collaboration between business AI engineering and operations teams across large matrixed organizations
Influence and guide technical teams to adopt best practices in AI engineering MLOps cloud architecture security and performance optimization
Help business teams understand technology and AI tradeoffs costs constraints and risks while maintaining focus on value realization
Influencing Leadership
Leverage deep technical and AI credibility to influence technology leaders and business executives on AI strategy investment priorities and roadmap decisions
Champion responsible AI adoption innovation and continuous improvement across programs and initiatives
Provide thought leadership on emerging AI trends and their potential impact on business strategy and operating models
