We are actively hiring for Sr. Manager Quality for Indore!!!
Location - Indore
Shift - Rotational Shift (Including Night Shifts)
[5 Days working with 2 rotational week offs]
Budget - Up to 16 LPA Max
Immediate Joiners Preferred
The Senior Manager, Quality role is critical for providing effective governance and ensuring the consistent delivery of quality outcomes across all LOBs.
The role requires the incumbent to:
-Provide quality governance across multiple lines of business
-Manage multiple client meetings and stakeholder expectations
-Drive quality performance, compliance, and improvement initiatives
-Ensure timely execution of agreed deliverables
-Remain readily available to address operational and client requirements
-Travel to client locations as required
This position will be instrumental in maintaining governance continuity, strengthening client engagement, and ensuring that the account’s quality responsibilities and deliverables are managed effectively.
