Employment Support Professional

We are now hiring an Employment Support Professional to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in attaining or maintaining employment. You will be helping to place people in jobs that match their skills and providing support at each step along their career paths.
This community-based, hybrid-remote role is a fantastic opportunity if you are looking to enter or grow within the Social Services or Human Services field. No previous experience in disability services is required. We are looking for someone with a genuine passion for helping others, strong relationship-building skills, and a connection to the local community.
As an Employment Support Professional, you will be meeting with clients in their homes and places of work while building relationships with local employers and community partners. We're seeking someone who is connected to and engaged in the Chelan Valley community, enjoys building relationships with local employers and organizations, and wants to help create meaningful employment opportunities for adults with disabilities.

Employment Specialist (Entry level):
Wage Range: $20.50 - $21.50 per hour
Employment Consultant (Mid to experienced):
Wage Range: $22.50 - $26.00 per hour
Location: Chelan / Lake Chelan / Manson
Schedule: Part-Time; Mon-Fri; 15-20 hours per week
