Overview
Diversified Treatment Alternative Centers (DTAC) is seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our residential treatment program serving adolescent males in Danville, PA.
This posting is being used to fill one Full-Time RN position and one Part-Time RN position. Candidates will have the opportunity to indicate which schedule they are interested in during the application process.

Position Summary
The Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering direct nursing care, monitoring client health, and supporting treatment planning. This role works closely with clinical and medical teams to ensure safe, effective, and coordinated care for residents.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care in accordance with treatment plans and physician orders
Administer medications and monitor for effectiveness and side effects
Conduct health assessments and respond to medical or psychiatric concerns
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and treatment team members
Educate residents on health, wellness, and recovery
Support daily programming within the residential setting
Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and regulatory standards
Qualifications
Required:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Effective communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred:
Experience in behavioral health, residential treatment, or psychiatric nursing
Experience working with adolescents or substance use populations
Requirements
Ability to work flexible schedules, including PRN coverage as needed
Ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
