Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)
In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB’s operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities.
The work model for the role is: On site
This role is contributing to the Manufacturing in Ramos Arizpe.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Collaborating with various teams to support ABB’s operations, ensuring effective coordination and successful project completion within the defined timelines.
Utilizing understanding of customers' needs and ABB’s solutions to determine effective solutions for customers, ensuring successful project outcomes aligned with customer requirements.
Participating in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and other collaborative efforts.
Seeking feedback and guidance from manager and team members to improve performance and skills.

Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)
You are immersed in / engaged in / absorbed in / highly skilled in/ you enjoy working with Lean manufacturing tools and the electrification market
Ability to demonstrate your experience in / Have established skills / advanced skills.
Possess an enhanced knowledge of / You are qualified in / Highly adept in Autocad, Solidworks and Microsoft Office
You are passionate about / you are captivated by / you are innovative around optimization of proccess and line balancing.
Degree in / Have a demonstrated track record in / Extensive knowledge of / Proven experience of Mechatronics Engineering / Industrial Engineering.
You are at ease communicating in English and Spanish
