About the Opportunity:
The FINANCE MANAGER role is focused on owning core accounting operations and building a scalable finance function to support organizational growth. The position ensures accurate, complete, and timely financial reporting, including month-end close, revenue recognition, reconciliations, and billing. It also offers exposure to strategic financial initiatives, such as planning, unit economics, and M&A, contributing to the company’s financial foundation and future direction.
Responsibilities:
Manage month-end close processes and financial reporting
Oversee revenue recognition and reconciliations
Handle billing operations
Collaborate with the VP of Finance and cross-functional teams
Support strategic financial planning and analysis
Identify and implement automation opportunities in finance processes
Requirements:
Experience in accounting and financial operations
Ability to work independently and solve problems
Comfort with AI tools and automation in finance
Adaptability to a fast-paced, evolving environment
Strong attention to detail and ownership mentality
