Nurse Coordinator (Clinical Nurse) Fetal Care Program

The Nurse Coordinator provides effective care coordination for pregnant patients with fetal anomalies and genetic conditions. They are responsible for the active and transition management of patients throughout their care in the Fetal Care Program.
