In This Role You Will
Speak with clients who have requested information about coverage options
Conduct virtual consultations via phone and Zoom
Present product information clearly and professionally
Manage client communication and follow-up
Maintain organized client records within CRM systems
Participate in training and team development meetings
Maintain licensing and compliance standards
Ideal Candidates
Experience in sales or customer service
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Comfortable with virtual meetings and CRM systems
Organized and able to manage multiple client interactions
Willingness to obtain a Life & Health license
