MANTECH is seeking a motivated, career and client-oriented Program Manager to join our Data and Artificial Intelligence (AI) Consulting practice. This is a remote position.
Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To
Leading all aspects of contract delivery for assigned project/program, including client & internal relationships.
Leading a diverse team of Data & AI resources to deliver data-driven projects related to fraud detection and prevention by leveraging innovation and data analytics based on MANTECH project methodology.
Maintaining project timelines and tracking deliverables
Managing project scope against the contractual baseline
Coordinating project/program management meetings, and preparation of briefings and presentations (client and corporate audiences)
Gathering data and updating project/program financial status reports, forecasts, and PM models
Explaining technical issues clearly and accurately to both technical and non-technical audiences
Serving as the primary technical and managerial interface between the Offeror and Contracting Officer (CO) and the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).
Openly communicating with all Integrated Project Teams to ensure they work together to provide quality products and services.
Ensuring the Government receives a response within 24 hours if the vendor has been contacted by the Government.
Minimum Qualifications
Five (5) or more years of experience managing agile projects and delivering fraud analytics solutions.
Experience supporting advanced analytic and investigative support services with teams greater than 10 FTEs.
Strong oral and communication skills and experience interacting with senior leaders within an organization.
Proven experience in the following key areas including fraud prevention and detection, strategic thinking, multi-tasking, conflict management, time management, planning and executing to the defined plan.
Hands-on experience managing to cost and schedule milestones consistent with project plans.
Experience leading complex fraud, waste, abuse and mismanagement analytic projects.
Citizenship And Security Clearance Requirements
