Responsibilities :
Lead the design and implementation of execution systems using AVEVA PI Historian to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Oversee the integration of manufacturing and supply chain processes to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to cross-functional teams fostering collaboration and innovation.
Develop and maintain system documentation to support ongoing maintenance and future upgrades.
Analyze system performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in system design and implementation.
Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and security.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operation.
Drive process improvements by leveraging data analytics and insights from AVEVA PI Historian.
Mentor junior engineers providing guidance and support in their professional development.
Participate in strategic planning sessions to align system capabilities with organizational goals.
Contribute to the development of training materials and conduct workshops to enhance user proficiency. Qualifications -
Possess a strong background in AVEVA PI Historian with proven experience in system design and implementation.
Demonstrate expertise in manufacturing and supply chain domains with a focus on process optimization.
Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Show proficiency in data analytics and the ability to derive actionable insights from system data.
Have experience in mentoring and guiding junior engineers to foster professional growth.
Display strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Understand industry standards and best practices in execution systems design and implementation. Familiar with standard procedures: Patching Monitoring Audit Trail experience is a plus
