About The Opportunity
The General Laborer supports manufacturing operations by assisting with machine setup, material handling, and production across multiple departments. This role involves feeding materials into equipment, stacking finished products, and preparing items for shipment while ensuring quality standards are met. Employees are cross trained in various areas and may operate equipment such as balers, unitizers, or down stackers. The position requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a strong commitment to safety in a fast-paced environment.

No manufacturing experience? No problem. We provide paid training.
Pay & Schedule
Starting/Training Pay: $24.52/hr
Qualified Pay: $25.58/hr
Days: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Nights: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
2-2-3 rotating schedule
Overtime opportunities available
What You’ll Do
Support machine operators and production equipment
Feed, stack, sort, and organize corrugated products
Prepare finished products for shipment
Perform product quality checks
Operate production support equipment
Move materials throughout production areas
Complete basic production documentation
Keep your work area clean and safe
Follow safety procedures and work instructions
What You’ll Need
Ability to work a 12-hour shift
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Basic math and measurement skills
Ability to read a tape measure
Strong attention to detail
Dependability and a team-oriented attitude
Willingness to learn and work safely
Flexibility to work overtime or weekends when needed
Previous manufacturing and forklift experience are a plus, but they are not required. Forklift certification opportunities are available after hire.
