A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
Responsibilities
Lead small to medium-scale projects from initiation through completion, ensuring that objectives, milestones, deliverables, and intended outcomes are achieved. Develop detailed project plans that establish a clear path forward, clarify ownership, and support effective coordination among contributors. Allocate resources, manage project budgets, and monitor schedules, scope, and performance to keep work on track.
Identify, assess, mitigate, and resolve project risks and issues proactively, escalating concerns when appropriate. Track relevant key performance indicators and evaluate progress against project goals. Prepare and share timely status updates that communicate accomplishments, risks, decisions, and outcomes to stakeholders. Facilitate project meetings, support cross-functional collaboration, and maintain ongoing communication with team members and partners. Recommend improvements to project workflows, templates, and tools to support consistent and efficient delivery.
