We’re Hiring | R&D Expert – API Manufacturing | Gujarat, India
&D Expert with a strong background in API Synthesis, Process Development, and Scale-Up to strengthen our technical capabilities
Strong understanding of organic synthesis and different chemical reactions involved in API manufacturing.
Experience in developing new API products and optimizing existing manufacturing processes.
Proven ability to transfer processes from laboratory scale to pilot scale and ultimately to commercial production.
Cost Optimization & Process Improvement
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in API R&D, process development, and scale-up.
Strong hands-on experience in API synthesis and commercial manufacturing support.
Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work closely with Production, QA, QC, and Regulatory Affairs teams.
A practical, result-oriented professional who can translate laboratory development into commercially successful products.
