What You'll Do
Review financial statements, ledgers, and accounting disclosures
Extract and structure data into standardized Excel templates
Validate calculations, formulas, and formatting for accuracy and consistency
Identify errors or inconsistencies in source materials
Support recurring dataset creation, structuring, and cleanup tasks
Ensure datasets meet quality standards for use in AI training and evaluation
Must-Have
Who You Are
Background in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related financial discipline
Strong Excel proficiency — comfortable building and validating structured datasets
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
Nice To Have
Experience in audit, FP&A, financial operations, or corporate accounting
Familiarity with financial reporting standards (GAAP, IFRS)
Prior exposure to data structuring or analytical workflows
