This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI background needed — just a trained voice, fluency in Italian, and a professional-grade home setup.

What You'll Do
Record high-quality Italian voice samples based on provided scripts and prompts
Evaluate AI-generated voice outputs for naturalness, pronunciation, tone, and expressiveness
Provide clear, constructive feedback to improve the quality of AI-generated Italian speech
Review and refine scripts to ensure clarity, flow, and natural delivery
Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule
Who You Are
Fluent in Italian — native or near-native proficiency
Experienced in voice acting, narration, audiobook recording, dubbing, or a related field
Equipped with a high-quality microphone and a quiet, professional-grade recording environment
Able to deliver clear, expressive, and engaging recordings consistently
Attentive to the nuances of pronunciation, tone, pacing, and vocal clarity
No prior AI or tech experience required
Nice to Have
Experience in broadcast, animation dubbing, e-learning narration, or commercial voice-over
Familiarity with audio editing tools or DAW software
Knowledge of regional Italian dialects or accent variation
Background in linguistics, communications, or performing arts
