Responsibilities
Outbound Cold Calling: Initiate contact with potential clients through cold calls to introduce our client's products/services and generate interest.
LinkedIn Engagement: Develop and execute LinkedIn engagement strategies, build meaningful relationships with key prospects, and mentor junior team members on effective social selling techniques.
Market Research: Conduct thorough research to identify and gather relevant B2B data from offline retail, online ecommerce, and tech sectors
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support various campaigns and initiatives
Qualifications
Experience: Proven 3 years and above experience in outbound sales or telemarketing is preferred; familiarity with data entry and research is a plus
Research Skills: Research and analytical skills to gather, interpret, and analyze data is preferred
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and research tasks
Problem-Solving: Innovative and proactive approach to identifying and solving data-related challenges
Communication: Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members
Language: Good in both written and spoken of Cantonese, English and Putonghua
