About The Company
Our client is a private equity company that acquires and manages single-family rental properties.
Job Description
Our client needs external staff to handle property management tasks. You will focus on tenant-facing responsibilities. Maintenance execution is handled by a separate in-house company.
You will manage marketing, new applications, lease renewals, and rent collection. You will also handle AppFolio accounting.

Managing lease renewals

Performing AppFolio accounting tasks
Required Experience And Qualifications
Must know AppFolio Property Manager and Investor Manager
Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
Full-time availability
Located in a compatible time zone (e.g., Colombia)
Ability to control financial metrics like rent collection and vacancy rates
Must provide your own computer, phone, headset, microphone, and camera
