What You'll Do
Review AI-generated management and leadership scenarios for accuracy and realismEvaluate AI reasoning related to team dynamics, incentive structures, and organizational designIdentify flawed assumptions, weak logic, or unrealistic decision-making in AI outputsProvide structured, expert feedback to improve the quality of AI-generated managerial reasoningWork independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
3+ years of experience teaching management or leadership at the postsecondary levelDeep understanding of organizational behavior, management theory, and leadership principlesStrong ability to evaluate decision-making quality and articulate tradeoffs clearlyComfortable reading and assessing written scenarios and recommendationsSelf-motivated and reliable when working independently
Nice to Have
MBA or Master's degree in Management or a related fieldReal-world industry experience in leadership or operations rolesFamiliarity with AI systems or content evaluation workflows
