About The Role
What if your voice could directly shape how AI understands and communicates with hundreds of millions of Indian English speakers around the world? We're looking for professional voice actors and voice-over artists to record natural, authentic Indian English speech for leading AI research teams.
This is a paid contract role involving a small number of in-person professional studio sessions. Your voice will help train AI systems to better understand real human speech — not synthetic, not cloned, just genuinely human.

What You'll Do
Record natural, conversational Indian English speech in a professional studio environmentParticipate in single-speaker recording sessions and dual-speaker dialogue conversationsDeliver realistic, unscripted-sounding speech across a range of tones and scenariosFollow light direction from session producers to adjust pacing, tone, and deliveryBring authenticity — the goal is real, human-sounding conversation, not a polished broadcast read
Who You Are
A professional voice actor or voice-over artist with hands-on recording experienceA native or near-native Indian English speaker — your accent is your assetComfortable performing natural dialogue and conversational speech, not just scripted readsReliable, professional, and receptive to direction in a studio settingCurrently based in India
Nice to Have
Background in acting, performance, or theatrePrior experience in broadcast, podcast, or studio recording environmentsComfort with both solo performance and paired/dialogue-based recording formats
